Roadrunners Fan Cutouts

The Tucson Roadrunners are excited to offer fans the opportunity to purchase a cardboard cutout of themselves, a loved one, or even a pet! These cutouts will be located at various spots around the Tucson Arena and your spirit will be with the team all season in more ways than one! Cutouts are available for just $50 and can be picked up following the season for you to keep. 

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the YMCA of Southern Arizona. For more information, click here.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Tucson Roadrunners branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No offensive or negative comments about Tucson Roadrunners.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

Tucson Roadrunners reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Tucson Roadrunners will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
In the seats at Tucson Arena for home games.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Of course!

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person is preferred as it is best for sizing.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Of course!

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction we will do our best to seat them together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts, but select different options they may not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
More information will be forthcoming, but a pick-up event following the regular season is in the works.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
