Vassar College Fan Cutouts

Our spring season is underway and since our first contest, we've missed seeing you, our Vassar supporters, in the stands. Today, we announced a fundraising initiative to support our teams and get YOU in the stands!  The Vassar College Department of Athletics and Physical Education is partnering with FanCutouts.com to allow fans to purchase cutouts of themselves, family members and friends, or even pets, to be placed in the stands of the different athletics venues.

For $50, fans can purchase a cutout that will be placed in the stands of Gordon Field, Weinberg Turf & Track, Josselyn Courts, Prentiss Baseball Field, and Kenyon Gym for the remainder of the 2021 athletic season. 

• Gear up in your favorite BREWERS attire and snap a photo!
• All proceeds from cutout sales will go directly to the sport you are supporting.
• Should the season be altered due to COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.
• All orders will be verified by Vassar Athletics
• Cutouts will be shipped directly to Vassar College Athletics

Purchase by April 12th to have your cutout in the stands for games on April 17th and 18th!  Getting your order in by Sunday night each week will help us get you in the stands the following weekend!

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Vassar College branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. One person per cutotut.
4. No offensive or negative comments about opposing teams.
5. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
6. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
7. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
8. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
9. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

Vassar College Athletics reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Vassar College Athletics will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
At your team’s home site.

• Baseball - Prentiss Baseball Field
• Men’s Lacrosse - Weinberg Turf or Gordon Field
• Women’s Lacrosse - Weinberg Turf
• Tennis - Josslyn Tennis Courts or Walker Field House
• Track & Field - Weinberg Track

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you are more than welcome to dress in your uniform.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, only one fan per cutout.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Absolutely!

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction we will do our best to install them together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
A photo gallery for each sport will be located on the Vassar Athletics Website.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
No. Your cutout will live within the VC athletics site and not be returned after the conclusion of the season. If you would like a copy of your cutout, you can select that option during checkout.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
This purchase is not tax-deductible.
