Opening Day at Polar Park is right around the corner. As we eagerly await the day when we can safely host 100% capacity at the ballpark, we want to allow fans the opportunity to have their face, or that of a loved one, present at the Grand Opening of WooSox Baseball at Polar Park!
- Tell us your story and why you are participating in our Fan Cutout Program! You just may be featured on our website and social media channels!
- Multiple packages are available, including special options to purchase a Premium or Front Row location.
- There are limited Fan Cutouts available, and they will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All fans who purchase a cutout will be able to see where it is located in the ballpark by visiting WooSox.com.
- Fan Cutouts are not guaranteed to stay up for a specific number of games and will be taken down on a case-by-case basis as ballpark capacity increases.

Photo Submission Guidelines
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- Official Worcester Red Sox or Polar Park branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
- No offensive or negative comments about the Worcester Red Sox or Polar Park.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
The Worcester Red Sox reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. The Worcester Red Sox will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ
Where will my fan cutout be located?
For Standard Cutout Placement, your cutout will be placed at random throughout the ballpark. For Premium Cutout Placement, your cutout will be placed in Sections 5 through 13. For Front Row Cutout Placement, your cutout will be placed in the front rows of Sections 5 through 13.
Will my FanCutouts(s) remain in the ballpark for the entire 2021 season?
FanCutouts(s) will remain in the ballpark based on capacity restrictions. Fans who are allowed to attend games in-person will take priority over all FanCutouts. Therefore, FanCutouts(s) can be taken down at any time in the season.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, absolutely.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
Sure, why not? As long as your picture fits within the required dimensions.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
This will be available on our website at WooSox.com.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You do not receive your fan cutout back unless you have chosen the shipping option, in which a copy of your cutout will be shipped to you.
