Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
Yes.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Duke offers a shipping add-on option for fans who would like to receive their cutout following the season.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Please refer fans to the different package options on www.GoDuke.com/Dukecutout. Different packages include videos and photos of your cutout in the seats. Fans who purchased packages will hear from the athletic department the week of September 20th with fulfillment items.

Is my purchase tax deductible? If so, when will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
These will be going directly to Athletics and the cutout purchases are not tax deductible.

Where will my cutout be placed?
Placement is not guaranteed but refer fans to the different package options on www.GoDuke.com/Dukecutout. Different packages include videos and photos of your cutout in the seats.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but Duke plans to place fan cutouts next to each other in the stadium if they were purchased in the same order.
