Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your FanCutout(s) will be placed randomly throughout Bridgestone Arena, unless it is specifically stated in your purchase options or in one of our sponsor specific sections.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes! In fact, if you submit a picture of yourself in your military uniform, your cutout will be placed in our special Ford Military Salute section.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person per cutout is highly recommended. Exceptions can include a person holding a pet or a small child.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes! In fact, if you submit a picture of your pet or yourself with your pet, your cutout will be placed in our special pet section.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be seated together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Find where your cutout has been seated on our website at www.nashvillepredators.com/cutouts
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes. When purchasing, please select if you’d like to pick up your cutout for free after the 2020-21 season has ended from Bridgestone Arena at a date to be determined by the Nashville Predators or select for us to mail it to you for $25 upon completion of the 2020-21 season.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
$10 for each cutout purchased will be donated to the 365 Pediatric Cancer Fund presented by Twice Daily. The Nashville Predators Foundation empowered by SmileDirectClub will follow up your purchase with a tax receipt.
Can I order a cutout even if I don’t want it to be placed in a seat in Bridgestone Arena?
Absolutely! Just note that in the “Tell Us Why” section while purchasing your cutout.
