How many fan cutouts am I permitted to purchase?
You can buy a maximum of ten (10) cutouts per transaction.

How do I upload my photo?
Click on the personalization button on the website. You will be prompted to upload your photo. Be sure to wear your Islanders gear! You can also click on a custom jersey template.

Are there any photo restrictions I should be aware of before uploading my photo?
Yes, please refer to the guidelines on the main webpage.

How many people can be in one fan cutout?
One person is permitted per cutout.

Can I submit a photo of my pet?
At this time, we are not accepting pet photos, but please check back with us throughout the season. We will be adding new uploads based on monthly themes.

How will I find out if my photo was not accepted?
You will be contacted if your photo does not meet our submission guidelines for acceptable photos.

Are all photo submissions and sales final?
Yes, all photo submissions are final, as long as they meet our submission guidelines. No refunds will be issued for incorrect photos submitted.

Can I choose the exact seat for my cutout?
No, the New York Islanders will determine the location where all cutouts will be placed.

How can I see my cutout at the Coliseum?
All cutouts will be placed on non-TV visible sides of the arena. Once cutouts are placed, section photos will be taken and placed on newyorkislanders.com in a special fan cutout area.

Can I have my cutout after the season is over?
Yes, you can request to have your cutout mailed within the U.S. for $25, or you can pick it up at the Islanders’ practice facility on a date and time that will be selected by the Islanders.

Is my purchase tax deductible?
Yes, purchases are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Contact your financial advisor for advice regarding the tax deductibility of your charitable contribution.

What if the season gets cancelled or games are postponed?
All payments made to purchase fan cutouts are final and such payments shall not be refunded for any reason, including, but not limited to, the delay, cancellation or early termination of the 2020-21 season.
