Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, each cutout should only contain one individual or pet. 

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will primarily be located in the Terrace and on the east sideline in the lower level. 

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, we would love to see submissions in military uniform and we thank you for your service. 

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, pets are welcome!

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but the intention is to seat cutouts from the same order together and send you a picture of where your cutouts are located together in the stadium once they are installed. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
We will send you an email with a picture of where your cutout is located prior to game 2, as well as written verification of your seat location, should you ever want to try to sit there in the future when it is safe to attend games again. 

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You can select to have the cutout sent to you for an additional $25. We will make the cutouts available for free pickup following the season, when it is safe to do so. 

Is my purchase tax-deductible?  If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
