Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your fan cutout will be located in the lower level seating of Frost Arena.
Will my cutout be on TV?
We cannot guarantee that your cutout will be seen on television or as part of any broadcast. Cutouts will be placed on the north and south side of Frost Arena to increase the chance of being seen on TV or during a broadcast.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, absolutely!
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
Fans may only submit one photo per cutout, but fans are able to purchase multiple cutouts per family or group.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, please make sure your pet’s photo still adheres to our photo submission guidelines.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Photos of all the fan cutouts will be posted to a photo album on the South Dakota State Jackrabbits Facebook page (@GoJacksSDSU- https://www.facebook.com/GoJacksSDSU).
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes, at the end of the season fans will have the opportunity to pick up their cutouts at Frost Arena. At that time, further details will be communicated via email. Fans who wish to have their cutout shipped after the season will be charged an additional $25 per order at the time of purchase. Shipping is anticipated to occur at the end of March 2021.
What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase a fan cutout (s) are final and in no event shall such payment be refunded.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, the purchase is not tax-deductible.
