Where will my fan cutout be located and how will I be able to see it?
Your cutout(s) will be located in the venue you select and placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your cutout has been placed in-venue, we will contact you via email with a link to see your cutout in the stands!
Can I submit a picture in a military uniform?
Yes!
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person per cutout is highly recommended.
Can I submit a picture of my pet for my cutout?
Absolutely!
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
If you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction, your cutouts will be installed together in the stands. However, if you place an order with multiple cutouts, but select different options (i.e. some include shipping and some do not), we cannot guarantee they will be seated together.
Can I receive and keep my fan cutout(s)?
In order to receive your cutout(s) after the season, you must select the appropriate shipping option during the purchase process.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
Cutout purchases are not tax-deductible.
What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase a cutout(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of the 2020-2021 season.
