How long after I order my Fan Cutout(s) will it be installed? 
Fan Cutouts works to have each cutout to the arena quickly.

Will I be able to select my seat location?
No. Fan Cutout(s) will be placed where needed throughout the arena.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together. (cutouts are subject to move based on capacity limitations).

Will I know where my Fan Cutouts(s) is sitting?
Fan cutouts will be placed in the arena and installed based on the seat specifications. 

How will I see my fan cutout in the Schott?
See your fan cutout in The Schott. This page will be updated throughout the season.

Can there be multiple people within one image on a Fan Cutouts?
No, only one fan per cutout.

What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase a Fan Cutouts(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020-21 Season.

If the Buckeyes play at another venue on campus, will my cutout move? 
No. Your cutout will remain at the Schottenstein Center.

Will my Fan Cutouts(s) remain in the arena for the entire 2020-21 season?
Fan Cutouts will be in the arena at the discretion of the team.

Do I get my Fan Cutout back and if so how?
Fan cutouts will not be available for pick up at the end of the season. If you want a cutout shipped to your home, select the "O-H Yes Please + $20" option.

Can I submit a picture of my pet for my cutout?
Yes!  Pets will have their own section in the arena. A fan cutout must be purchased for your pet and you must purchase a separate cutout for you. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. Pet Cutout option) they will not be sat together. (cutouts are subject to move based on capacity limitations).

Can I submit a picture in a military uniform?
Yes.  You may submit a military uniform.   

Is my purchase tax-deductible?  If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation? 
No the purchase is not tax-deductible.
