Where will my fan cutout be located?
That will be dependent on which option you selected.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
It is not recommended as the cutout sizing is not set up for that and portion of people might be cutoff in the process.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Absolutely. While we of course prefer cats we would love to see all of the BBN pets in the stands with us this season.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but we will do their best to seat cutouts in the same order together. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The University of Kentucky will take photos of each section as cutouts are installed and will host sections photos on ukathletics.com. Fans will be notified by email when photos are available.
To find where your order is located simply click on the link below that matches which venue you purchased for. You will then find your order number (which is located in the confirmation email you got when you purchased) and your location is next to that. We will be uploading photos to the same webpage throughout the season as well so you can see your order. Please keep in mind that cutouts are printed in batches based on the home game schedule so it might take up to two weeks for your order location to be updated.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Shipping options are available as you purchase. If you do not select shipping, the only option available is to pick up your cutout when the University announces its pick up options.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, the fan cutout is a purchase outside of the University of Kentucky Athletic Department. All proceeds from the purchases will go to the Ev’ry Wildcat Fund.
