University of South Carolina Baseball FAQ
- K-Zone: Will be located in Box 3 (only 13 are available)
- On Deck: Will be located in Box 1, 2, 4 or 5
- Home Plate: Will be located in sections 9-15
- Bark at the Park: Will be located in sections 4 or 20
- Foul Ball Zone: Will be located in sections 1-3 or 21-25
- Home Run Deck: Will be located in sections 26-28
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, the University of South Carolina will allow uniformed military personnel to wear their uniform in their picture.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One (1) person per cutout is preferred.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes. A fan cutout of your pet must be a separate purchase from a cutout of yourself. All pets are welcomed and will be seated together in our Bark at the Park sections.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
Can I have a fan cutout made of my pet?
Yes. A fan cutout of your pet must be a separate purchase from a cutout of yourself. All pets are welcomed and will be seated together in our Bark at the Park sections
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
During the purchase option, you have the ability to select one of three options:
- Pick-up after the season (Free): We will email you when you will be able to pick it up
- Ship it to my home at the conclusion of the season: $25
- Recycle my cutout at the end of the season (Free)
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but the University of South Carolina will do their best to seat cutouts in the same order together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The University of South Carolina will take photos of each section as cutouts are installed and will host sections photos on GamecocksOnline.com. Fans will be notified by email when photos are available.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, the fan cutout is a purchase outside of the University of South Carolina Athletic Department. All proceeds from the purchases will go to the Athletics COVID-19 Resilience Fund.
What if my cutout is damaged?
All payments made to purchase cutouts are final and such payments shall not be refunded for any reason. Reasons also include, but not limited to, the delay, suspension, cancellation, or early termination of the 2020-21 season. Fan cutouts will be left outside during the entirety of the 2021 baseball season. The material the cutouts are printed on are designed to be outside in the elements. However, South Carolina is not responsible for reprinting cutouts that may be damaged by the weather or foul balls that enter the stands.
