Buffalo Sabres Fan Cutouts

The 2020-21 NHL season will certainly be unique, and we will miss being able to host fans in person at Sabres games. As we prepare for a season unlike any other, Sabres fans still have the opportunity to make their mark in KeyBank Center and support the Buffalo Sabres Foundation by purchasing a personal fan cutout!

• A portion of proceeds from each sale will go to the Buffalo Sabres Foundation
• Cutouts will be located on the 200 and 300 levels of KeyBank Center, depending on the order of purchase. 
• The cutouts will not be visible during gameplay, but may be featured in other parts of the TV broadcast, on our social media channels, and on the Sabres.com website.
• Sabres Season Ticket Holders enjoy $10 off your cutout! Check your email for a special one-time use offer code.
• Player signed cutouts will be autographed by one player at random at the conclusion of the 2020-21 Season.
• Should the season be altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.
• All orders will be verified by the Buffalo Sabres
• If you have chosen the pick-up option, we will contact you at the end of the season with specific pick-up days and instructions. If you are unable to pick up your cutout in the designated timeframe we cannot guarantee you will receive your cutout.
• Orders can be shipped within the continental United States after the conclusion of the 2020-21 NHL Season.

Rules for Your Photo

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Buffalo Sabres branded attire only.  No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No offensive or negative comments about the Buffalo Sabres.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. One person per cutout.
7. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
8. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
9. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected.  For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.  

 
The Buffalo Sabres reserve the right to reject any photo that they determine, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. The Buffalo Sabres will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.  All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary.  All sales are final – no refunds.
 
By purchasing this cutout, you are agreeing to the Buffalo Sabres Privacy Policy. Including, but not limited to, allowing your cutout image to be used for promotional purposes.

FAQ

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will be located on the 200 and 300 levels of KeyBank Center, depending on the order of purchase. Photos will be taken of each section and placed on our website to help you locate your cutout. Click HERE to find cutout.

Will my cutout be visible on TV?
Cutouts will not be visible during gameplay, however, it may be visible during other parts of the broadcast. Cutouts may also be featured on our social media channels or website.

Can I choose my seat?
No, cutout seat assignments are placed in order of cutout purchase.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Military uniforms are allowed, but please refer to the photo submission guidelines for all details.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
Only one person allowed per cutout.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Pet pictures are allowed, but please refer to the photo submission guidelines for all details.

How will I know if the photo I upload is NOT accepted?
You will be contacted by FanCutouts if your photo does NOT meet submission guidelines. See our Photo Submission Guide for guidelines on acceptable photos.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will most likely be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they may not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Photos will be taken of each section and placed on our website to help you locate your cutout.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
If you have opted to have your Cutout shipped (Continental US Shipping only), we will mail it to you at the end of the 2020-21 NHL Season.  If you have chosen the pick-up option, we will contact you at the end of the season with specific pick-up days and instructions. If you are unable to pick up your cutout in the designated timeframe we cannot guarantee you will receive your cutout

How long will my cutout be in the stands for?
Cutouts will be in the stands at KeyBank for all games played without fans during the 2020-2021 NHL season.

What if the season gets canceled or postponed?
All payments to purchase fan cutouts are final and payments will not be refunded for any reason including the delay, cancellation, or early termination of the 2020-21 season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?  If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation? 
Cutout purchases are not tax-deductible, however, a portion of the proceeds from each purchase will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
