Norfolk Tides Fan Cutouts

We’re back in 2021 and bring your game face! 

Although we would love to fill all our blue seats with the Tides’ faithfuls, things will just be a little different this summer without the full cheers and support from the stands. In a season unseen before, you can support the Tides with a custom fan cutout! It could be you, your pet, family, or friends that will have a seat inside Harbor Park every game this summer!

• Dress in your best Tides apparel to make Harbor Park the ultimate home-field advantage
• Cutouts will be displayed behind home plate and the dugouts 
• All orders will be reviewed by the support team
• Invite your friends and family to join you or even have your pet in a section
• Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Price does not include tax or fees

Purchase by May 11th to have your cutout present for Opening Day on May 18th, 2021! 

Orders can still be placed after this date and will be added to Harbor Park throughout the season.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Norfolk Tides branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. One person per photo unless the second person is a child under 2 years old.
4. No offensive or negative comments about the Norfolk Tides.
5. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
6. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
7. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
8. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
9. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

Norfolk Tides reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Norfolk Tides will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
Yes, IF the other person is a child under 2 years old.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
At the end of the season, cutouts can be picked up via appointments. You can also select a copy to be sent to the address of your choice. Please select “Ship a Copy Home” option for $35 during the purchase process.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
