Notre Dame Pink Game

The Notre Dame women’s basketball team’s annual Pink Game is set for Thursday, February 18 in Purcell Pavilion. Even though Irish fans aren’t able to be there in person, you still have the opportunity to make yourself seen and support the Pink Zone charities by purchasing a cutout for yourself, friends and family or even your pets!

Proceeds from the sales will be donated to Pink Zone charities. For a complete list, click here.  

Purchase by February 10th to have your cutout in the stands for the Pink Game on February 18th!

Should the game be altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.

All orders will be verified by Notre Dame Athletics. All sales are final.

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Wear your best Notre Dame gear or pink attire!
• Make sure your shirt or jersey doesn’t blend in with your background.
• If you wear glasses or a hat, make sure to avoid glares, flashbacks, and shadows.

WHERE TO STAND:

• Find a light source and face it. Avoid putting your back to it to prevent backlighting.
• Make sure personal or private information is out of sight.
• Solid color backgrounds are best.

HOW TO SNAP YOUR PICTURE:

• Have someone take your photo or set a timer on your camera. 
• Selfies don’t crop well.
• For best results, stand 3-4 feet from the camera and take it at eye level.
• Include some space around your head and shoulders and take the photo from the waist up.
• Take the photo in a vertical (portrait) format and submit the photo in the largest possible size.
• Don’t raise your arms above your shoulders. They will be cropped out.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. University of Notre Dame branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No offensive or negative comments about the University of Notre Dame.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

The University of Notre Dame reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. The University of Notre Dame will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Specific cutout placement is not guaranteed, but the cutouts will be placed in the lower bowl of Purcell Pavilion on the same side as the team benches.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you may submit a military uniform.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, only one fan per cutout is allowed.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
If you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands; however, this is not guaranteed.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes! When purchasing, please select if you’d like to pick up your cutout for free after the season has ended from the Joyce Center at a date to be determined by Notre Dame Athletics or select for us to mail it to you for $25 upon completion of the 2020-21 season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, your purchase is not tax-deductible.
