Tri-City Dust Devils Fan Cutouts

As we prepare for a season unlike any other, you now have the opportunity to support the 2021 Dust Devils at Gesa Stadium by purchasing a fan cutout! 

• Purchasing a cutout in your best Dust Devils or Viñeros de Tri-City gear is your chance to help enhance the atmosphere and visual presence in Gesa Stadium 
• All fans that purchase a cutout will be entered to win a Dust Devils prize pack. The winner will be selected and contacted at the end of the season 

Purchase by noon on April 27th to have your cutout in the stands for Opening Day on May 4th! 

Orders will still be taken following this date and cutouts will be added to Gesa Stadium.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. No offensive or negative comments.
3. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
4. One person per cutout.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

Tri-City Dust Devils reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Tri-City Dust Devils will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
The fan cutout will be located inside Gesa Stadium

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, only one fan per cutout

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Photos will be posted on the website, organized by order number

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
There are two options. You can purchase a second cutout that will be mailed directly to your house or you can pick up the cutout after the completion of the season

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
