Coppin State University Fan Cutouts

• Purchasing a cutout in your best Eagle Nation gear is your chance to help enhance the atmosphere and visual presence in the PEC Arena.
• Proceeds from the sales will go directly to Coppin State Athletics to support our student-athletes.
• All fans that purchase a cutout will be entered to win a Coppin Basketball prize pack including an autographed basketball by Head Coaches Juan Dixon and Laura Harper. The winner will be selected and contacted at the end of the season.
• Should the season be altered due to COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.
• All orders will be verified by Coppin State Athletics

Purchase by October 20th to have your cutout in the stands for Game 1 on November 11th!

Orders will still be taken following this date and cutouts will be added to the PEC Arena for MEAC conference games on January 24.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. COPPIN STATE branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No offensive or negative comments about COPPIN STATE.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

COPPIN STATE reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. COPPIN STATE will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Fan cutouts will be placed in multiple areas of the PEC Arena.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No. One person per photo.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, with Coppin paraphernalia.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Fans may schedule a pickup date after the basketball season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, it is not tax-deductible.
