Due to limited capacity, the Final Four won’t be packed with quite as many passionate fans cheering on their team. Cutouts provide fans the opportunity to be represented and make their mark at The Big Dance! Showcase your school spirit to enhance the atmosphere and visual presence in Lucas Oil Stadium.
- Proceeds of your fan cutout purchase will benefit the United Way’s Central Indiana COVID-19 Recovery and Rebound effort and Hilinski’s Hope Foundation. Learn more about the charities below.
- Cutouts will be on display throughout the Final Four.
- All orders will be verified by the NCAA.
- Quantities are limited, so be sure to secure your cutout today!
- Cutout sales will begin Thursday, March 4, 2021. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Price includes tax.
Photo Submission Guidelines
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- NCAA official college branded attire and/or school colors are encouraged.
- No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds.
- No attire or branding of professional sports teams.
- No offensive or negative comments about the NCAA or a member institution will be allowed.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without specific written permission.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout. The NCAA reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image.
The NCAA will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All sales are final – no refunds. By purchasing this cutout, you are agreeing to terms and conditions.

FAQ
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, only one fan per cutout. An exception will be made for a person holding a pet or an infant(s).
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you may submit a photo in a military uniform.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, as long as they are college basketball fans!
Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your fan cutout(s) will be placed randomly throughout the 100 & 200 levels of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction, you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How will I find where my cutout is located in the stadium?
Photos of the cutouts will be taken on Sunday, April 4, and a gallery will be added to this page shortly after for you to find your cutout. You will be able to save those photos of your cutout(s) in the seats.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You can! When purchasing, please select “Yes, please! Ship my cutout home” and we will mail your cutout at the completion of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. If shipped, please allow for up to 4-6 weeks for cutouts to arrive.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
