** Cutouts will be placed where they get the best exposure to be seen on TV and in the stadium. Michigan State reserves the right to move any cutouts as needed, including if fans are allowed to attend games as the season progresses.
Fan Cutout Photo Submission Guidelines:

No commercial advertising or messages including company names, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.

Only Michigan State branded or neutral attire allowed. No branding of other collegiate or professional sports teams.

No additional text or messages are permitted in the photo.

No political statements, logos, slogans, or political content on clothing or in the picture.

No personal identification such as names, email or home address permitted.

No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.

No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or firearms/weapons permitted.

Your photo must fulfill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces.
Michigan State reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Michigan State will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.
