While we might not be able to cheer on our favorite teams in person at Gentile Arena this season, Rambler fans have the opportunity to purchase a fan cutout of themselves, family members, or even their pets to help create a better environment on game day! All proceeds benefit Loyola student-athletes and will help offset losses in ticket revenue this year.
Three different packages are available with discounts on the standard package with the purchase of two or more cutouts. The Sister Jean package and the Coaches Signature package will receive high TV-visible placement in Gentile Arena, while the season cutouts will be placed in locations at the discretion of Loyola Athletics.
Make sure to wear your favorite maroon and gold gear and your scarf when you take your pictures!
Packages & Pricing:
Season Cutout - $50
- Volume discounts available – 10% off an order of 2-3 cutouts and 20% off an order of 4+ cutouts.
- Photo of cutout in Gentile Arena emailed to fan during the season.
- Cutout available for pick up at Gentile Arena at a later date.
Coaches Autograph Package - $150
- Select Porter Moser, Kate Achter, or both coaches (upcharge) to sign your cutout after season!
- Cutout mailed to fan following the season, in addition to a photo of the cutout emailed during the season. Price includes shipping cost.
- Premium placement at Gentile Arena in a high TV-visible location.
Sit Next to Sister Jean Package - $500
- Fan cutout placed next to a cutout of Sister Jean! Price includes one fan cutout and one Sister Jean cutout.
- Individual recognition on Loyola social media channels.
- Premium placement at Gentile Arena in a high TV-visible location.
- Cutouts, including Sister Jean’s, mailed to fan following the season, in addition to a photo of the cutouts emailed during the season. Pricing includes shipping cost.
Loyola Student Package - $25
- Current Loyola students are eligible for a discounted cutout by selecting the student option and inputting their Student ID when prompted.
- Photo of cutout in Gentile Arena emailed to student during the season.
- Cutout available for pick up at Gentile Arena at a later date.
Total Sales Price includes 6.25% Illinois Sales Tax
1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Loyola branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
4. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
5. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
6. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
7. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
8. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
Loyola reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Loyola will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.
