This season, Rhode Island Swimming and Diving is offering friends and family an opportunity to join the Rams in the Tootell Aquatics Center, even if you can’t physically be at the swim meet. You can get a FanCutout of yourself, a friend, a family member, the student-athlete themselves, or even your pet placed on the bleachers for senior day. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order by the below date to have your FanCutout placed in the bleachers in time for senior day. Based on the purchase date, cutouts may be placed in the bleachers for swim meets leading up to senior day.

Photo Submission Guidelines
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- University of Rhode Island branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
- No offensive or negative comments.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
- No group photos - each photo should include only one individual.

All orders are final and Rhode Island Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cutouts. Damaged cutouts will not be replaced. Commercial advertising, political logos/statements, or negative comments on photos will not be approved. Rhode Island Athletics reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or non-compliant photo. Should your photo be rejected, FanCutouts will contact you to submit a new image.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but Rhode Island Athletics will do their best to seat cutouts in the same order together.
How many cutouts can I purchase?
As many as you like!
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
We will be featuring the majority of the cutouts on Rhode Island Athletics Facebook page (@GoRhodyRams) throughout the season. A sales representative will also be sending a notification along with a photo of your cutout/location.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, absolutely!
What should I wear in my picture?
Fans are encouraged to wear your favorite Rhody gear.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No group photos - each photo should include only one individual.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, all pets are welcome!
What happens if my photo is rejected?
Fans will be notified if their photo is rejected and given an opportunity to resubmit if there is an appropriate time prior to the deadline, but Rhode Island Athletics will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
We will send out an email to all purchasers at a later date with details regarding pick-up. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
