We are so happy to see that the 2020-21 fall and spring seasons are underway at Santa Clara! It’s definitely not the same without our Bronco fans in the stands, but the Santa Clara Athletics fan cutout program is a great way to have a presence in our venues and show your support.
- Purchasing a cutout in your best Bronco gear is your chance to help enhance the atmosphere and visual presence in our athletic venues.
- All orders will be verified by Santa Clara Athletics
- Purchase by March 14th to have your cutout in the stands for the weekend events on March 19 - 21. Orders will still be taken and installed week to week as they arrive.

Photo Submission Guidelines
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds.
- No offensive or negative comments included in your photo.
- One person per cutout. See FAQ.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
Santa Clara Athletics reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Santa Clara Athletics will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary.

FAQ
Where will my fan cutout be located?
The location of your fan cutout will vary depending on the venue that you choose. Seating placement will be determined based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Deghari Tennis Center - fan cutouts will be installed in the bleacher seating.
- Sullivan Aquatic Center - fan cutouts will be installed in the bleacher seating.
- Stevens Stadium - fan cutouts will be installed in the east side bleachers
- Leavey Center - fan cutouts will be installed in north side bleachers (sections 113 & 114). Overflow sections will be in the south side bleachers in sections 105 & 106.
- Stephen Schott Stadium - fan cutouts will be installed in chairback seating in section 1 and section 2
- Softball Stadium - fan cutouts will be installed in the grandstand behind home plate.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes. Please refer to the Photo Submission Guidelines for more details.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No. The ONLY possible exception would be if your photo featured either a child or pet on your lap, but to avoid any formatting issues, it is best to submit one person per cutout.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes! Although all SCU athletic venues do not permit pets to attend, we happily welcome them via fan cutout.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction, they will be installed together in the stands.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
A photo of each seating section will be shared with those that make fan cutout purchases so you can identify where your cutout is located.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
If you are local, you will have the opportunity to pick up your cutout at the completion of the season. If you are unavailable for pick up, you can elect to have a duplicate cut out mailed to you for $35.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No.
