University of Illinois Huff Hall Cutouts

Placement:

Cutouts in Huff Hall will be placed first-come, first-served in the 200-level seats. If at any time family members are allowed to attend events, cutouts may be moved up to the 300-level seats. (100 level seats will be pushed in for the 2021 season to give CDC-required distance from the stands to the competition surface. Cutouts will not be seen during television broadcasts. 

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. University of Illinois branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. One person per cutout.
4. No offensive or negative comments.
5. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
6. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
7. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
8. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
9. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

The University of Illinois reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Illinois will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ

Where will my fan cutout be located?
If you purchase cutouts for Huff Hall, they will be placed first-come, first-served in the 200-level seats. If at any time family members are allowed to attend events, cutouts may be moved up to the 300-level seats. Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, Illinois will allow uniformed military personnel. We encourage as much orange and blue as possible in the stands. Certain apparel is not allowed: third-party branding, other NCAA teams, lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos, alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons, political statements or slogans.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person is allowed per cutout, however, you can save 10% on all cutouts if you purchase two, 15% if you purchase three and 20% if you purchase four or more.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Of course, for the first time in history pets will be allowed inside Huff Hall! Your furry family members are welcome.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction they will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) seating together cannot be guaranteed.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
As part of your package, you will be emailed a photo of your cutout installed inside Huff Hall.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You will need to purchase the shipping option to get the cutout returned at the end of the season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, the fan cutout is a purchase outside of the University of Illinois Foundation. All proceeds from the purchases will go to the general Athletics Department operating fund.
