Williamsport Crosscutters Fan Cutouts

We can’t wait to welcome fans back to Historic Bowman Field on May 25th for the return of CUTTERS BASEBALL and the debut of the new MLB DRAFT LEAGUE! It’s going to be a unique season with social distancing requirements & capacity limits, but that won’t stop us from creating the usual memory-making experience of attending a Williamsport Crosscutters game. Whether you are able to join us this summer or not, Cutters fans far and wide have the opportunity to get season-long residence inside The Bow & visually support your Cutters with a Fan Cutout! 

Cutout locations are limited so get yours now! In addition to your own cutout, you can use the opportunity to do something special for friends, family members, pets & loved ones!   

All fans that purchase a cutout will be entered to win a Cutters Prize Pack including autographed memorabilia & other Crosscutters items. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted at the end of the season.

Purchase by May 13 to have your cutout in the stands for Opening Night on May 25! Cutouts can still be ordered until June 30 and will continue to be added throughout the season.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Williamsport Crosscutters branded attire is encouraged. MLB or other professional team attire is also permitted.
3. One person per cutout.
4. No offensive or negative comments about Williamsport Crosscutters, Major League Baseball, or its member teams
5. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
6. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
7. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
8. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
9. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.

The Williamsport Crosscutters reserve the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. The Williamsport Crosscutters will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if additional fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. The Williamsport Crosscutters are not responsible for any damage to your cutout by rain, sun, wind, or acts of god in addition to the damage that may be caused by fans whether intentional or accidental. All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your fan cutout will be located inside Historic Bowman Field. The Crosscutters are not able to guarantee specific locations.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, please!

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No. The only exception is if you are holding a baby up to 1 year of age. Please hold the baby close to your face.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes. Please use a pet picture that fits within the standard cutout size.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction, we will do our best to install your cutouts together in the stands.

How will you let me know where to find my cutout?
We will post photos of the cutouts on our website, www.crosscutters.com, where you will be able to view your cutout

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes. You have two options to receive your cutout after the season. At checkout, you can choose to pick your cutout up after the season for free or you can choose to have a fresh cutout shipped directly to you for $35. You can also choose to have us recycle your cutout at no extra charge.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No.

What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase a FanCutouts(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension, or early termination of the 2021 Season.
