Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, please only one fan per cutout.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, we love pets!

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, AIC will allow uniformed military personnel to wear their uniform in their picture. And we thank you for your service.

What can I wear in my uploaded pic for the cutout?
We recommend Fans use any photo with AIC branded attire. Certain apparel that is not allowed: other NCAA teams, lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos, alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons, political statements or slogans.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No, the fan cutout is a purchase outside of the AIC athletic department. All proceeds from the purchase will go to enhancing the student-athlete experience and improving AIC athletic facilities.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
If you purchase the add-on a Coach’s signature ($100), the cutout will be shipped to you at the end of the season. If you do not purchase the add-on signature option, we will not be shipping your cutout to you. Pick up options may be offered at a later date.

How long after I order my Fan Cutout(s) will it be installed?
FanCutouts works to have each Cutout prior to every home game. The earlier you buy the better chance you have of being in the game.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
We cannot guarantee during the placement process that cutouts will be placed together but will do our best to do so.

Will I be able to select my seat location?
No. FanCutouts(s) will be placed randomly throughout each stadium/arena

Will I know where my Fan Cutout(s) is sitting?
Once the cutouts are placed in the arena, AIC will take photos of each section and will host these photos on our social media platforms. We will notify you once these photos are available.

Will my Fan Cutout(s) remain in the stadium/ arena for the entire 2020 season?
Fan Cutout(s) will be in the stadium/arena for the entire 2020 season.

What if the season gets delayed or cancelled?
All payments made to purchase a Fan Cutout(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 season.
