Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your cutout will be placed throughout the venue of your choosing.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, Ball State will allow uniformed military personnel to wear their uniform in their picture. And we thank you for your service.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person is preferred.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes! We’d love to have our furry fans in the stands! Pet photos must follow all the same guidelines as though you were uploading a photo of yourself.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Once installed, Ball State will be posting pictures on their website in order of the order number.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Ball State will be holding all cutouts until May 2021. As of now there is not a pick up plan in place but we are considering a local pickup at the end of the year.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No fan cutouts are not tax-deductible.
