Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One fan per cutout, please.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
The Ravens will not be able to provide purchasers with their cutout following the 2020 season. If this changes, they will reach out to each purchaser via email with instructions.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The Ravens will either email this out directly once installed, or be posting pictures to their website of installed cutouts in order of the order number.

Where will my cutout be placed?
Placement is not guaranteed, but the Ravens plan to seat the cutouts in the endzones.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
While the Ravens don't guarantee exact locations, they will do their best to seat multiple submissions together, as they are installing in the order that they are received/order number.
