Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will be placed on a first come first serve basis. Our plan is to fill the sections of the Events Center in this order: 101, 116, 102, 113, 105, 114, 104, 112, 106. Some sections will have advertising partially covering the section.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes. Thank you for your service.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, although pets are generally not allowed to be present at games, a cardboard cutout of your furry friend is perfect.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but its the intention to keep cutouts together that are made on the same transaction. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
We will take photos of the sections and upload them for you to see on our website and social media.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
We will arrange to have a pick-up date in the Events Center following the basketball season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
Yes. You will be supporting the Lancer Athletics Association. The LAA will send out letters for the amount that was actually donated to the billing address used in your transaction.
