Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No.
Can I submit a pic in military uniform?
Yes.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
No.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
The Lions will communicate options to claim your cutout after the 2020 season.
The Lions are responsible for the installation and their plan is to post photos of the sections prior to each home game.
The Salute to Service cutouts will be in a separate section than the season-long cutouts and the Lions will be taking photos of them and posting on their website.

Is my purchase tax deductible? If so, when will the team send me written confirmation from the charity?

Where will my cutout be placed?
Placement is not guaranteed but the Lions plan to seat the cutouts in the stadium as orders are placed. The sooner you purchase your cutout, the closer to the field your cutout will be placed. All fan cutouts will be placed in Lower Bowl seating.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
The Lions cannot guarantee it, but if multiple FanCutouts are purchased in the same order, they will do their best to seat them together.
I am a season ticket member; how do I get my discount?
Use your account number in the promo code area at the last step of checkout.
