Will my fan cutout be in The Kennel for Men’s and Women’s Basketball games?
Yes! All Kennel Cutouts will be set up in the McCarthey Athletic Center for all men’s and women’s basketball home games.
Where will my fan cutout be located?
Starting in the lower bowl of McCarthey Athletic Center, Kennel Cutouts will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you can submit a picture in a military uniform and we thank you for your service! Please make sure to follow our other photo submission guidelines as you submit your image.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, we recommend one person per cutout.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Absolutely! Pictures of pets (especially dressed up in Zag gear) are welcome. We ask that you do not submit a photo of you holding your pet as we strongly encourage one person or animal in the frame at once.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to place cutouts bought together next to each other.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Every fan will be emailed a picture of their Kennel Cutout in the stands!
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
If you wish to have your cutout shipped to you after the season, please select the “Ship Home” option during your purchase process. Shipping your cutout home will be an additional fee of $25. We will make the cutouts available for free pickup following the season, when it is safe to do so.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No, your purchase is not tax deductible.
