How long after I order my FanCutouts will it be installed?
FanCutouts works to have each Cutout in the arena and installed quickly. Please allow up to 7 business days for your FanCutout to be installed. The sooner you buy, the quicker you will see yourself inside Toyota Center cheering on the Rockets!

Will I be able to select my seat location?
No. FanCutout(s) will be placed randomly throughout Toyota Center unless it is specifically stated in your purchase options.

How many people can I have per cutout? 
One person per cutout is preferred. Hold a baby (1 year old or less) is permitted.

If I order multiple FanCutouts(s), will they be seated together?
While the Rockets don't guarantee exact locations, they will do their best to seat multiple submissions together, as they are installing in the order that they are received/order number

Where will my cutout be placed?
Placement is not guaranteed, but the Rockets plan to seat all cutouts in the lower bowl of the arena.

Will I know where my FanCutouts(s) is sitting?
The Houston Rockets will upload all FanCutOuts to Rockets.com and post them by section # and order #. These pictures will be taken by section and in groups. There will be no guarantees of individual FanCutOut photos.
Can there be multiple people within one image on a FanCutouts? No, only one fan per cutout.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.

Will I get my FanCutouts(s) back at the end of the 2020-2021 season?
There will be an option to pick up your FanCutOut at the end of the season at Toyota Center. Those details will be sent to you when the season has ended. Please note that there will not be an option for your arena cutout to be shipped to you.

What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase a FanCutouts(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 Season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
Yes, you will receive confirmation after purchase.
