Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your fan cutout will be placed in the corresponding home venue of the sport you have chosen to support.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Of course! We encourage any members of the Armed Services to upload photos in uniform.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person is preferred.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but cutouts from the same order are placed together in the seating arrangements. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, we’d love to see your furry friends on gameday! Please make sure the photo of your pet meets all the criteria as though you were uploading a photo of yourself.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
There will be a landing page on KentStateSports.com where you will be able to scroll through a photo album of all the fan cutouts by venue.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Kent State will be holding all cutouts until May 2021. Afterwards, we will decide on a pick-up plan. More information will be provided as it becomes available over the coming months.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, cutout purchases are not tax-deductible.
