Where will my fan cutout be located?
Your fan cutout will be placed in Liberty Arena based on when your order is received. The sooner your order, the better the seat your cutout will have.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person or animal per cutout is preferred.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes. We would love to see your pets in the stands so Sparky isn’t the only animal in the arena.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but we will do our best to keep everyone in your order together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
You will receive an email with a photo of your cutout in the arena along with the specific section and seat information.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You will be able to pick up your fan cutout after the volleyball season or you can select to have it mailed to you during the ordering process.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
Your purchase is not tax-deductible.
