Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One fan per cutout, is preferred, for best results.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes, fans will have an opportunity to pick-up their cutout(s) from FedExForum at the conclusion of the season. Additional instructions will be provided at a later date. Cutouts can be shipped, once the season ends, if added to the order at the time of purchase.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The Grizzlies will be posting pictures to their website and social media channels of installed cutouts in order of the order number.
Where will my cutout be placed?
Placement is not guaranteed, but will be placed in rows F – H of sections 104, 105 and 106 behind the player benches.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
While the Grizzlies don't guarantee exact locations, they will do their best to seat multiple submissions together, as they are installing in the order that they are received/order number.
Where do you direct the proceeds from fan cutouts?
100% of the proceeds from fan cutouts go towards the life-saving work at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Is my purchase tax deductible?
No, fan cutouts are considered a merchandise purchase and are not tax deductible.
Will I be able to see my cutout in the broadcast?
While highly likely, we cannot guarantee that your cutout will be visible in any TV broadcast. We will be featuring the majority of the cutouts on social media at some point throughout the season.
How will I know if the photo I upload is accepted?
You will be contacted if your photo does NOT meet submission guidelines. See our photo submissions guidelines for tips on submitting the best photo.
What if my cutout gets damaged?
If a cutout gets damaged, we will do our best to have it replaced in a timely fashion. The Memphis Grizzlies reserve the right to decide what constitutes a damaged cutout.
What can I wear in my uploaded pic for the cutout?
Fans can use any photo with Grizzlies branded attire. Certain apparel that is not allowed: third-party branding (including slogans, websites, phone numbers, social media handles and hashtags), other NBA teams, lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos, alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons.
