NC State Winter Sports FAQ
Where will my fan cutout be located?
Specific seat locations inside Reynolds Coliseum are not determined prior to cutout placement. No section, row or seat location is guaranteed.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Absolutely!
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No. Please refrain from multiple people in a cutout.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes!
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Various photos and/or videos will be posted on NC State Athletics social media channels and GoPack.com throughout the season.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Thank you for your email. NC State strongly encourages the pickup opportunity. However, they are providing a shipping option for $30, due to the unique size and shape of the cutouts. Please contact the NC State Athletics Ticket Office at TicketOffice@ncsu.edu and a member of the Wolfpack Club or Athletics department will follow up with you directly.
