Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will be installed in the lower bowl of Welsh-Ryan Arena. Once all cutouts have been installed in Welsh-Ryan Arena, you’ll be emailed a link to nusports.com where you can view your cutout
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Absolutely! As long as the picture does not deface or appear to be disrespectful towards the US Military.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person per cutout is preferred.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Of course! Pets are welcome, but should have their own cutout to ensure for maximum visibility and quality of the picture.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Once all cutouts are installed in Welsh-Ryan arena, fans will be able to view their cutout location on nusports.com.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
There is an option for pick up at Welsh-Ryan Arena or shipping to your address at the end of the season for an additional $25. Please select one option at checkout.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
All proceeds benefit Northwestern student-athletes and the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation. This is not a tax-deductible purchase.
What happens if the season is postponed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase Wildcats Cutouts are final and such payments shall not be refunded for any reason, including, but not limited to, the delay, suspension, cancellation, or early termination of the 2020-21 season.
