Where will my fan cutout be located?
For Reser Stadium, cutouts will primarily be located in the Terrace and on the east sideline in the lower level. In Gill Coliseum, cutouts will be located in the lower bowl in baseline sections and below the walkway in tv visible sections. Should demand exceed those areas, we would begin placing cutouts above the 200 level walkway.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, we would love to see submissions in military uniform and we thank you for your service.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, each cutout should only contain one individual or pet.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, pets are welcome!
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Yes, we will seat cutouts from the same order together and send you a picture of where your cutouts are located together in the stadium/coliseum once they are installed. If you purchase cutouts through separate orders and request for them to be seated together, we cannot guarantee that this will be fulfilled.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
We will send you an email with a picture of where your cutout is located, as well as written verification of your seat location, should you ever want to try to sit there in the future when it is safe to attend games again.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You can select to have the cutout sent to you for an additional $25. We will make the cutouts available for free pickup following the season, when it is safe to do so.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
Your purchase is not tax-deductible.
