Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will be placed between socially distanced fans in the lower-level seating bowl at the KFC Yum! Center. There is no guarantee which area your cutout will be placed or what seat.

Will I be able to see my cutout in the broadcast?
While possible, we cannot guarantee that your cutout will be visible in any TV broadcast.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you may submit a picture in a military uniform as long as it meets the photo submission guidelines.

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
It is recommended that you only include one person per cutout.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes! Pet photos are accepted and encouraged as long as they meet the photo submission guidelines.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed, but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction we will make every effort to ensure they are installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they may not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Pictures of each section of FanCutouts will be uploaded to GoCards.com. A link will be sent to you in the weeks after your purchase to view your cutout.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
If you add shipping to your cutout at the time of purchase, your cutout will be mailed to you after the conclusion of the 2020-2021 season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
While your purchase helps fund vital resources for our student-athletes, it is not considered a tax-deductible donation.

How will I know if the photo I upload is accepted?
You will be contacted if your photo does NOT meet submission guidelines. See our photo submissions guidelines for tips on submitting the best photo.

What if my cutout gets damaged?
If a cutout gets damaged, we will do our best to have it replaced in a timely fashion. Louisville Athletics reserves the right to decide what constitutes a damaged cutout.
