As we continue the 2021 seasons with limited fans in attendance at all App State Athletic Events, we want to provide you with an opportunity to be a part of our game day experience while supporting your Mountaineers from home.
- SoCon Wrestling Championship - $30 - fan cutouts purchased by Tuesday, February 23, will be featured in the stands for the SoCon Wrestling Championship at the Holmes Convocation Center.
- Baseball - $59 - fan cutouts purchased by Tuesday, February 23, will be featured in stands for all 2021 home games.
- Softball - $49 - fan cutouts purchased by Monday, March 15, will be in the stands by the Home Opener.
Cutouts will be continuously added throughout the season depending on when the order is placed.
All of the net proceeds benefiting the Keep Climbing initiative campaign for App State Athletics, purchase a fan cutout and be "in attendance" at the Mountaineers' home games.
Photo Submission Guidelines
1. No commercial advertising or messages, including but not limited to company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans or other branding.
2. Only App State branded or neutral attire allowed. No third-party branding, including on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or other branding of other NCAA sports teams or professional teams.
3. No additional text is permitted in cutout.
4. No political statements, logos, slogans or other political content on clothing.
5. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or firearms/weapons.
6. No personal identification, such as names, e-mail addresses or street addresses permitted.
7. No lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos.
8. No arms raised in photos.
9. One person per photo.
10. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected.
The Appalachian State University Foundation reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines. We will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any of these reasons.
All payments made to purchase App State Fan Cutouts are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 App State Football Season. We will make every effort to keep the cutouts in the stands every game of the 2020 season. All seat placement will be random.
In the event we can allow limited fans to attend games we will make every effort to accommodate the cutouts but may have to remove them based on seat availability
