Lexington Legends Fan Cutouts

The Lexington Legends are excited to kick off a new era of baseball in the 2021 season and we don’t want you to miss a second! We’ve got the chance for you to be at every 2021 practice, game, and special event at the ballpark by purchasing your very own FanCutout!

There are three types of cutouts to choose from:

• Standard Cutout: This cutout will be placed anywhere in the stadium at random. We will provide photos of where cutouts are located.
• Premium Cutout: This will guarantee your place closest to the action! Premium cutouts will be placed in sections 103-111 (rows will be determined by order of purchase)
• Pet Cutout: Every day can be Bark in the Park in our exclusive Pets section! Our favorite friends will be located in section 114, closest to the Third Base Lawn and Kids Play Area!

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. Lexington Legends attire preferred!
3. No offensive or negative comments about the Lexington Legends.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected.  For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.  

 Lexington Legends reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Lexington Legends will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.  All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary.  All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Placement will be randomized throughout the stadium. Premium cutouts will be placed in the lower sections of the ballpark, closest to the field.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes!

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person per cutout is preferred

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes!

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The Legends will either email this out directly once installed, or be posting pictures to their website of installed cutouts in order of the order number.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Yes! Selecting the option to ship at checkout will be your best option, or you will be able to pick up your cutout at the stadium following the 2021 season.

Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No.
