Extra Fans at Extraco for the 2021 NCEA National Championship!
- The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) has a new opportunity to purchase fan cutouts for the 2021 NCEA National Championship.
- Support your favorite student-athlete, equine-athlete, or NCEA team even if you can’t make it to the National Championship! Due to anticipated venue capacity limitations, fans have the option to show support through the purchase of a fan cutout that will be displayed in one of the two competition arenas. Fans can order a custom personal fan cutout or order one of a friend, a family member, or a pet for display in the Extraco Events Center throughout the Championship.

- Watch for your cutout on the NCEA Live Stream and also on https://collegiateequestrian.com/
- All proceeds from fan cutouts will go towards enhancing the student-athlete experience at the 2021 NCEA National Championship.

Photo Submission Guidelines
- One person (or pet) per cutout.
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- No offensive or negative comments about any institution, the NCAA, or other professional sport teams.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person or player.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
The NCEA reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. The NCEA will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
The Extraco Coliseum or Show Pavilion
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No (A person holding a baby under a year old is permitted.)
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction they will be installed together in the stands.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Cutout locations will be posted to the NCEA Website
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
Cutouts will be on display at the National Championship. When you purchase your cutout you can also purchase an option to have a copy sent home to you.
Is my purchase tax-deductible? If so, how will the team or charity send me written confirmation?
No, this is not a charitable deduction.
