- Purchasing a cutout in your best Saluki gear is your chance to help enhance the atmosphere and visual presence at Saluki games.
- Proceeds from the sales will go directly to Saluki Athletics to support our student-athletes.
- We’ll post pictures of your cutouts on SIUSalukis.com and on our social media channels throughout the season. All fans that purchase a cutout will have the opportunity to pick it up at the end of the season.
- Should the season be altered due to COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.
- All orders will be verified by Saluki Athletics
Saluki Athletics is also offering fan cutouts to visiting teams and families for the Swimming & Diving MVC Championship (April 14-16), Track & Field MVC Championship (May 14-16), and Baseball MVC Tournament (May 26-29).

Photo Submission Guidelines
- No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
- Southern Illinois Salukis branded attire only. No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
- No offensive or negative comments about Southern Illinois University.
- No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
- No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
- No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected. For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.
Saluki Athletics reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image. Saluki Athletics will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary. All sales are final – no refunds.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
Cutouts will be located at Davies Gym (Volleyball), Shea Natatorium (Swim & Dive), Lew Hartzog Track & Field/Soccer Complex (Track & Field/Soccer), Charlotte West Stadium (Softball), Itchy Jones Stadium (Baseball), and Saluki Stadium (Football).
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One person per cutout is preferred.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but if you purchase multiple fan cutouts in the same transaction you will be installed together in the stands.
How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
Saluki Athletics will post photos of the cutouts on SIUSalukis.com and on our social media channels throughout the season. All fans that purchase a cutout will have the opportunity to pick it up at the end of the season.
Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
