Show us your best Badger self!
a. Dress in your best Badger gameday gear! We can not accept photos featuring other NCAA or professional sports teams’ logos or brands.
b. Please be sure to face the camera directly. No side profiles please.
c. Only you! Photos of groups or multiple people will not be accepted.
d. Use a wall or background of a solid color and of a different color from your attire for best results.
e. Make sure you have appropriate lighting for your photo. Bright lights behind you including windows, lights or mirrors will not provide the best results.
f. Have someone take your photo. No selfies please.
g. If you wear glasses, adjust your pose to avoid glare in your lenses.
h. Keep your arms down. We are unable to accommodate raised arms over your head to your side.
i. Photos featuring signs or advertising of any kind including business or political brands and messages, social media handles and hashtags, phone numbers, slogans and logos will be rejected.
j. Keep it clean! No lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos. Photos depicting alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms or weapons will not be accepted.
k. Guard your privacy! Keep personal information out of your photo and background.
l. Photos of yourself only. Photos of celebrities and other prominent people will not be accepted.
The UW Athletic Department reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image.
The UW Athletic Department will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason. Cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the UW Athletic Department for any reason necessary. Refunds will not be offered in the event of delayed and/or canceled season(s). All sales are final – no refunds.
